One of the reasons we believe staff work so hard at Norton is that our children are such positive people to be around! Whether it be in lessons or outside of them students are respectful, positive and really keen to engage with learning in all its forms.

At the same time, we have clear systems of rewards and consequences supported by a great pastoral team to ensure that the focus of all our work is on students and their learning.
