Y9 Trip to Scarborough Spa

Today, some of our Year 9 pupils attended the Scarborough Science and engineering week event held at Scarborough Spa. It is the 16th year the event has run, and it features local employers and education providers with career or training opportunities in STEM areas. Students were able to talk to employers and training providers about their specialist fields as well as participate in various interactive installations set up at the venue.

Battlefields Trip 2025

Some of our students had the wonderful opportunity to take part in our Battlefields trip at the start of the October half term. They visited many important landmarks over the three days including, Hill 62 Sanctuary Wood, Passchendaele Memorial Museum, Tyne Cot Cemetery and Langemark German Cemetery. Thank you to the staff that supported the trip and well done to the students that did a brilliant job of representing Norton College.

Congratulations to our Equestrian Team who did a fantastic job competing this weekend - they finished 16th out of 37 National teams!
