At Norton College, Food Technology and Hospitality & Catering provide students with practical life skills and an understanding of the importance of healthy eating, nutrition and food preparation. Students develop confidence in the kitchen as they learn to plan, prepare and present a range of dishes safely and creatively.
Through exploring the hospitality industry, students also gain insight into potential career pathways and the wider world of food, service and customer care. We aim to inspire a passion for cooking, creativity and high standards that can be carried through life.
